Kyoto Samgyetang Tottori serves Korean dishes such as samgyetang and ganjang gejang on the second floor of Dongguri Hoegwan in Gion, Kyoto. The samgyetang comes as a broth with the chicken's savory flavor dissolved into it, and the ganjang gejang is served with crab that is not fishy, along with rice. The rice served with the ganjang gejang is topped with sea urchin, salmon roe, and a raw egg, and the crab is mixed into the rice. The small shop has counter seating only.
