Gion Yorozuya

Yorozuya in Gion, Kyoto is a small udon shop that serves kujo negi udon. Its main dish, negi udon, comes in a broth made with kombu and katsuobushi, topped with kujo negi and ginger. The shop has only three four-person tables and one two-person table, and food takes 15 to 30 minutes to arrive after ordering. With few seats, the wait before a meal is 20 to 40 minutes, or over an hour on long days.
