Cocktail Stand FUREK

Cocktail Stand FUREK is a cocktail stand in Kiyomizugojo, Kyoto, serving cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks themed around water. It distills water from a well dug in its basement to make its own gin and cocktails, and for gin and tonics and highballs, customers choose a base and a fragrance to combine. Flavorings placed on the table let drinkers change the taste, and staff explain the bar's concept and signature drinks. Burdock salad and cream cheese are also available, and in cherry blossom season the bar is decorated with cherry blossom branches.
