bar mousse

Bar Mousse is a small bar on the second floor of an alley in Gion, Kyoto, serving cocktails and single malt whisky. There is no menu; you tell the owner your preferences and they make a fresh fruit cocktail or an original infused liquor. You have to climb a narrow staircase to reach it, and in spring the interior is decorated with real cherry blossoms. A cover charge applies and tax is added on top of it.
