Bar Indigo

Bar Indigo is a bar on the second floor of the Kamoto Building in Gion, Kyoto, making fresh fruit cocktails and juices. From more than 20 fruits kept on hand, you choose ingredients such as kiwi or kumquat and the bar makes a drink to your taste. The quiet second-floor space has dim lighting and moonlight. There is no menu, so you first describe the flavor you want.
