The bukkake centers on thick noodles that are soft and chewy, with toppings such as shrimp tempura, yubu, ma, oden, and burdock chosen separately. Orders are placed at a kiosk with a wait, and every seat is at the counter. Tempura is fried to order and placed in front of you, and the broth runs a little salty.
