The Seasoning

The Seasoning is a black pork grill restaurant at the entrance to Hyeopjae Beach in Jeju. The meat is seasoned and served partly cooked, then grilled by staff at the table with salt, salted anchovy sauce, and perilla leaf sauce on the side. Its kimchi stew with black pork is known for the deep flavor of aged kimchi and is eaten with rice. Lines can form, and service has been slow.
