Donkatsu Wakaba is a specialty shop near Hakata Station in Fukuoka that serves low-temperature tonkatsu. Staff take orders while customers wait on chairs inside the shop, and cooking takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Because more than 30 minutes can pass between ordering and the food arriving, table turnover is slow.
