大江戸そば

Oedosoba sits on the route from Hakata Station to Canal City and serves soba, udon, and rice bowls to a mostly local crowd. The noodles are soft and break apart easily, with dishes such as tendon set, onsoba, curry udon, and wakame udon on offer. Orders can be placed from a Korean picture menu, and onigiri is available for takeout. The udon noodles are boiled long and come out soft rather than chewy.
