Fukushima Kashiho is a small sweets shop a short walk from Hakata Station in Fukuoka. It sells Japanese-style castella, cookie choux, roll cakes, and madeleines. The signature castella has a soft texture with large sugar crystals on the bottom, and it comes in single slices and in packages of several sizes. Cakes such as crepe cake and mont blanc are also available, and payment is cash only.
