Non-guests can use it, and a happy hour runs from 17:30 to 18:30. Hours are 14:00 to 1:00 the next day, with orders closing earlier, and the space is an open lobby bar with ceiling lights that lower. Staff service is uneven, resulting in missed and wrongly delivered orders.
