Bar Ichi serves cocktails and whiskey on the eighth floor of a building in Nakasu, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka, where the Nakasu River is visible. Drinks are made to order and served with house-made snacks. The eighth-floor window seats look out over the Nakasu River, and the master and staff speak to first-time guests first. The interior has the quiet atmosphere of a traditional bar.
