Junshinji

Shunsuiji is a Zen temple of the Rinzai Gen'nin-ji school facing Shofukuji in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka. Seasonal flowers bloom in spring and autumn, and the garden and trees on the grounds are kept in order. The site was land offered to Minamoto no Yoritomo and is the birthplace of Zen by the priest Eisai, designated a national historic site. It faces Shofukuji across a narrow alley.
