Higashi Park sits on the east side of Fukuoka, in front of a cluster of government offices, and is a place for walking and resting among trees and benches. Entering east from exit H04 brings you to an artificial waterfall and flowing water, where you can stay and listen to the sound of the water. On the garden side there are pull-up bars, and a statue stands in the middle of the park. The park is small, so it offers little to see for anyone making a special trip for sightseeing.
