Tosokjip is a decades-old Korean restaurant in Busan that serves tofu dishes and pajeon, and it keeps the look of an old house. It makes its own doenjang, ganjang, and tofu, and serves sikhye and ssukcha after the meal. Baeksuk must be ordered two hours in advance, and guests sit on the floor. Insects fly in depending on the season, which is uncomfortable for people sensitive about hygiene.
