Torafukuga

Torafukuga is a restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, that serves pufferfish dishes. It uses aged pufferfish and also offers fried dishes and grilled pufferfish. The knife work produces notably thin strips of paechae, and the hiraesake is mild and deep in flavor. The raw pufferfish dishes taste good but are on the expensive side.
