Syojin

Shojin is a Japanese course restaurant on the second floor of the Ramada Encore Haeundae Hotel, directly in front of Haeundae Station in Busan. It serves a kaiseki omakase built around seasonal ingredients, with sake available alongside the meal. The chef explains the origin of the ingredients and how each dish is prepared, and reservations are made through CatchTable. The counter seats eight to ten people, and rooms must be arranged by contacting the restaurant directly.
