Soyeon-Og

Soyeonok is in Haeundae, Busan, and serves gyukatsu, salmon rice bowls, and udon. The gyukatsu is cooked 5 to 10 seconds at a time on a heated grill after butter is melted on it, then dipped in wasabi and salt or a spicy sauce. A touchpad at the table is used to ask for a grill refill, and tables fill up quickly once the break ends. One single dish is not enough to fill an adult man.
