Sangsaeng Ramen is a Japanese restaurant in the U-dong alley traditional market in Haeundae-gu, Busan, serving shoyu ramen, Hanwoo daechang ramen, and spicy ramen. Tables and a bar sit in the open market alley, and in the evening the place turns into an izakaya with skewers and soju. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and the shoyu ramen pairs a not-too-salty broth and chewy noodles with soft chashu, though food takes a while to arrive. Parking is difficult because the market public parking lot is heavily contested.
