Sabia is a small Western restaurant in the residential streets of Dalmaji-gil in Busan, and its signature dish is potato gnocchi. The gnocchi has a texture like mashed roasted potato and comes with a mushroom cream sauce, while seafood pasta and squid (hanchi) ink risotto are ordered alongside it. It opens at noon, and because seating is limited a line forms from opening; parties of three or more can reserve by text. The pasta and risotto are on the salty side.
