Palpal Yangdaechang

Palpal Yang Daechang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, where yang, daechang (beef large intestine), and heart are grilled over charcoal. A mixed platter of yang, daechang, and heart lets diners try several cuts, combining the nutty flavor of daechang with the chewy texture of special yang. Staff grill the meat at the table so it can be eaten right away. After the grill, the meal finishes with spicy gopchang jeongol or fried rice.
