Andeok Sushi is a one-chef sushi omakase restaurant on Dalmaji-gil in Haeundae, Busan. It serves a sushi course in a small space, pairing neta such as sea bream and mackerel with shari. The chef runs the restaurant alone. The texture of the shari is not uniform.
