Eunssom

Eunssom is a small shop on a steep hill in a deep alley in Busan, selling desserts such as egg tarts, cookies, and fig pie. The thin dough is crisp, while the inside is moist and creamy like pudding. The filling has the density and texture characteristic of egg tarts, neither custard nor steamed egg. Pumpkin cheesecake and bread are also sold.
