Sachimun

Sachimun is a kaiseki omakase restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, serving sashimi, grilled dishes, and sushi. The set includes assorted sashimi, charcoal-grilled meat, and pressed sushi. The chef, formerly a hotel main chef, explains the menu and attends to guests. The sashimi is cut thick, and the grilled meat is full of juices.
