Yeongyang Charcoal Grilled Ribs

Yeongyang Sutbul Galbi is a restaurant in Gyeongju that grills Hanwoo galbi-sal and chima-sal over charcoal. The salt-grilled meat keeps the beef's aroma, while the marinated version takes on a mild sweet-and-salty seasoning, and doenjang jjigae is served alongside. Chima-sal is sold in limited quantities and can sell out. There is a large parking lot next to the building, and the tables are close together, so seats feel cramped when the restaurant is busy.
