Usu Bunsik

In Gyeongju, Usu Bunsik serves chewy garaetteok tteokbokki and crisp fried dishes. The tteokbokki has a thick sauce, and the fried dishes stay crisp even after cooling. The fried dishes are more flavorful than the tteokbokki.
