Ureong Gaksi Ssambap is a ssambap restaurant near Samneung in Gyeongju. It serves ureong gangdoenjang and jeyuk bokkeum with organic ssam vegetables from a self-service bar that can be refilled without limit. On weekends and public holidays a wait can form, and staff take names on a bench and call them out. It closes every Monday.
