Todamjib

Todamjip is a traditional restaurant on the north side of the public parking lot in Nodong-dong, Gyeongju. It serves whole steamed squid, pajeon, and skate hoe muchim as a seasonal anju, with ingredients bought each morning at the local traditional market and cooked in a home-style manner. An old well remains inside the dining room, and makgeolli, soju, and beer are sold alongside the food. The menu changes by evening and by season, so a fixed menu is not available.
