Sobakage is a maze soba restaurant in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. The maze soba is mixed with kelp vinegar, and you can ask for service rice to mix with the remaining sauce. If there is a wait, order in advance, take a number, and wait. At the bar table, the sounds of the dishwasher and washing dishes are loud.
