Nekozzang Ramen

Neko Jjang is a ramen shop in Gyeongju. It serves tonkotsu, shio, and shoyu ramen, and the tantanmen is fairly spicy. The noodles come out cooked to a moderate firmness, and the tonkotsu broth is neither heavy nor salty. The donburi dishes have less distinctive flavor than the ramen.
