National Treasure No. 31

Gukbo 31 is a bakery on the west side of Hwangnidan-gil in Gyeongju. It sells bread shaped like Cheomseongdae, filled with black sesame and mugwort cream cheese or strawberry and vanilla ice cream. The strawberry ice cream is dark in color but tastes like soft strawberry milk, and the bread holds a generous amount of cream. Prices run on the high side.
