Nai pad thai

Naipattai is a Thai restaurant in Gyeongju, a 3-5 minute walk from the entrance of Hwangnidan-gil toward the bus terminal. A Thai chef runs it and serves local dishes such as pad thai, som tam, and stir-fried pork. The space is a converted house with four tables, and the young owner helps with ordering in Korean. The spices are strong and the sweet-salty seasoning can become cloying as you eat.
