Hongdukkae Guksi

Hongdukkae Guksi is a noodle shop in Jungbu-dong, Gyeongju. Its kongguksu uses coarsely ground beans for a thick broth, seasoned with salted minari. The noodles are pressed with a hongdukkae and cut with a knife, giving them a chewy handmade texture. The space is small, so a wait forms.
