Heoujja

Heoujja is a Chinese restaurant in Nodong-dong, Gyeongju. Its ganjjajang is not a watery jjajang with onion but a sauce stir-fried to order, served with a fried egg on top. Orders are cooked in the kitchen as they come in, so food takes a little while to arrive. The space is small, so a wait forms on weekends.
