Geosong Braised Short Ribs

Gyeosong Galbijjim Hwangnam Branch is a galbi restaurant in the center of Hwangnidan-gil in Gyeongju, serving beef galbijjim, pork galbijjim, and flat mandu. The beef galbijjim comes in a soy sauce version or a spicy version, with a choice of spice level, and kimchi-mari noodles are served alongside. The restaurant draws enough customers that a wait forms by 5 p.m. Bowls of rice must be ordered separately.
