Gamlodang

Gamnodang is an old jjolmyeon restaurant in the center of Geoncheon, Gyeongju, serving bibim, cold, and hot jjolmyeon along with eomuk. The bibim jjolmyeon leans toward a mild spiciness rather than a sweet-and-sour taste, and the cold jjolmyeon comes topped with plenty of gim and cucumber. The interior has eight tables, and on a Sunday at 1 p.m. the wait to get in ran close to 30 minutes. At lunchtime the line is long and the tables do not turn over quickly.
