Beef Ribs

Udu Galbi is a Korean beef restaurant near Hwangnidan-gil in Gyeongju that serves Gyeongju-style udu galbi. The udu galbi comes out as tender meat infused with charcoal smoke and coated in a mild, sweet soy marinade. Side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar, and parking is convenient at lots around the Seorabeol Culture Center. The marinade galbi is thick, so it takes longer to cook than raw meat.
