Jjosam Ruins Excavation Hall

Jjoksaem Yujeok Balggulgwan, next to Daereungwon in Gyeongju, shows an excavation site for Silla-period burial mounds. Centered on Tomb No. 44 in the Jjoksaem District, it explains the excavation of large tombs believed to belong to high-ranking nobles or royalty, with staff explanations available. Admission is free, and visitors can see inside a tomb currently being excavated. The site is close to Cheonmachong and Geumgwanchong, but has no separate parking area.
