Geumjangdae in Seokjang-dong, Gyeongju, sits above Yegicheongso where the Seocheon and Bukcheon streams meet, overlooking the city. It carries the story of 'Geumjang Nagan' from Samgi Palgoe, and the pavilion reopened in 2012 after reconstruction has nighttime landscape lighting. A deck path linking Geumjangdae, the wetland park, and the riverside weeping willows takes about an hour to walk, and there is parking in the lot beside it. The lantern lighting does not have a fixed turn-on time, so waits can run long.
