Hajime

Hajime is a tuna restaurant in Sangmu 1-dong, Gwangju. It serves thick slices of bluefin tuna belly along with salmon sushi and udon. The restaurant is the relocated Izumi, which was previously in an alley behind the one-room housing area in Ssangchon-dong. Rooms require a reservation in advance, and prices can feel high.
