Cheongmin

Cheongmin is a Hanwoo shabu-shabu restaurant in Gwangju's Sangmu district. It serves female Hanwoo chuck flap sliced raw as yuksashimi, followed by a doenjang-based shabu-shabu. The restaurant has 11 rooms, including a large room for groups of more than 30 people. It operates by reservation only, so walk-in visits are not possible.
