별미칼국수

Byeolmi Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Gwangju. Its main dishes are bajilak kalguksu and patjuk, and it makes the broth for kongguksu with locally produced black soybeans. The owners make their own kimchi and kkakdugi, and an elderly couple has run the family restaurant for many years. The thick kongguksu broth has a taste that does not suit everyone.
