Yungane is a neighbourhood restaurant in Seoul serving clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), handmade dumplings, and seafood pajeon. Its main dishes feature a clear broth with plenty of fresh clams and chewy noodles made in-house, accompanied by homemade kimchi and barley rice. The barley rice is mixed with yeolmu and gochujang, and beef bone broth dumpling soup is also available. Kongguksu uses kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), but opinions are split.
