Sopung Sutbulgui

Sopoong Sutbulgui is a charcoal-grill restaurant a three-minute walk from Exit 2 of Achasan Station. It serves beef galbisal with a house sauce, handmade pork galbi, and thick-cut samgyeopsal (pork belly). The owner has 35 years of experience and spent several years developing a sauce sweetened with fruit instead of sugar. The restaurant opened last November, makes its side dishes in-house, and serves doenjang jjigae at no extra charge.
