Sobaku

Sobaku is a Japanese noodle shop in Seoul serving soba and udon, located near Children's Grand Park and Achasan Station. Its signature dishes are zaru soba and kamatama udon, and the kamatama udon is eaten by breaking the egg yolk and mixing it with soy sauce. The karaage is fried and seasoned with salt, pepper, and wasabi. Udon is served as a winter menu from October through March, and the shop's closing days are posted at the door.
