Ppaengdeumi

Ppaengdeumi is a bakery in Seoul that specializes in naturally leavened bread, located in Junggok-dong, Gwangjin-gu. It makes its own ciabatta, milk bread, and honey butter pretzel using a natural starter. Seoul Pay is accepted, takeout coffee is sold, and there is no seating inside. Prices are on the higher side relative to the taste of the bread.
