Lambsya

Ramseuya is a lamb barbecue restaurant in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, serving shoulder rack and French rack. The shoulder rack is chewy and the French rack is tender, while the deep-fried eggplant has a crisp coating and comes in a generous portion. Staff grill the meat over charcoal and place it on a small brazier, and calling ahead to reserve is almost required before visiting. Because of the bone weight the actual amount of meat is small, and the price is high for lamb.
