KangSeolOk

Gangseolok is a gukbap restaurant behind the rear gate of Sejong University in Gunja-dong, Seoul, serving seolleongtang and doganitang. The doganitang and seolleongtang come with mini suyuk or a tasting portion of suyuk, along with kimchi and kkakdugi. The broth is made from domestic sagol boiled for over 12 hours, and rice cooked with Ganghwa Island rice can be refilled for free. The doganitang and suyuk are available for takeout, and eating alone is possible.
