Hongbyeolgamne

Hongbyeolgamne is a small Korean meat grill near Junggok Station in Seoul that serves raw samgyeopsal and grilled kimchi. The owner shows you how to grill the raw samgyeopsal with the kimchi, and a fried egg and doenjang jjigae come with it. Six banchan are served, including namul and various kimchi, and you take the banchan yourself. The space is small and the tables are close together, which makes talking uncomfortable.
