Guyeong Tan Chamchi

Guyeongtan Chamchi is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that also serves hoe (raw fish). The sushi comes with thick slices of toppings, and mini udon and croquettes are also available. The owner personally handles guest service and serving. A certificate in pufferfish preparation is displayed in the restaurant.
